Requesting a refund
Email support@eternalmemories.online with the order reference and purchase email address. We review requests and, where applicable, process refunds through FastSpring to the original payment method. We charge no request-review fee.
Consumer rights
Applicable statutory rights, including distance-contract withdrawal where required by law, are not restricted by this policy. Creating an account does not by itself waive these rights. Defective services, duplicate charges and undelivered services are reviewed separately from withdrawal requests.
After a refund
A refund or payment dispute suspends the benefits linked to that order. The memorial follows the free-plan rules and applicable recovery periods. Refunds never publish content or transfer ownership. Bank processing times depend on the payment method.
