Respect and rights
Use only photographs and information you have the necessary rights and permission to process. Do not publish sensitive information about living people without a lawful basis. Demonstration memorials are examples, not actual customers or testimonials.
Prohibited content
Generating, requesting or publishing NSFW, sexual, explicit or suggestive material, child exploitation, violence, threats, harassment, illegal or harmful content is prohibited. Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation and presenting AI images as evidence of real events are prohibited. Do not bypass safety controls.
AI safety screening
Before image generation, the description and entered text details are screened by the Creem Moderation API. Denied, flagged, unavailable or invalid screening results block generation. Reference photographs are not sent to Creem. OpenAI performs additional text and image safety checks. Results remain private drafts until you choose to use them and are labeled as AI artistic representations.
Reports and enforcement
Report content or abuse to support@eternalmemories.online or use a memorial’s report button. We review reports and may stop generation, hide noncompliant content or restrict access for abuse. Statutory rights and dispute evidence retention remain applicable.
Independent product
Eternal Memories is an independent product integrating third-party AI services, including OpenAI, without affiliation or endorsement by model creators. We do not offer conversations with deceased people or represent AI results as their statements.
