Free directory terms and privacy information
Registration and listing are free. No reciprocal link, promotion, commission or memorial purchase is required. By submitting, you confirm your authority to represent the business and your rights to its content and logo. Only accurate, lawful business information may be submitted. Email confirmation is followed by administrator review; neither guarantees approval. A listing is not a professional accreditation or recommendation. Updates require review and can temporarily hide a published profile. Businesses may request correction or deletion from their authenticated account or through support.
Funeral business directory — free
Registration and listing are free. We charge no referral commissions and do not require a memorial purchase or a link to Eternal Memories. Businesses appear alphabetically, without paid positions.
Registration, approval and updates
The representative confirms authority to list the business and accepts the directory terms. Creating or confirming an account does not publish a listing. Publication requires email verification and administrator approval; important changes undergo review. Approval concerns the listing and does not certify or guarantee the quality of the business’s services. Businesses must keep information accurate and current and may request changes or withdrawal through their account or support@eternalmemories.online.
Business responsibility and platform role
The business is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and rights to its supplied information, photographs and logo, required licences, offers, prices and services. Eternal Memories provides a directory, does not provide funeral services, is not a party to contracts between families and listed businesses and does not collect payment for funeral services. Confirm availability, terms and costs directly with the business before contracting.
Limits of liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted directory availability, the accuracy of all third-party information or performance by listed businesses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for those businesses’ acts or failure to perform their contracts. These clauses do not exclude our own liability that cannot legally be limited, platform obligations concerning illegal content or mandatory consumer rights.
Reporting a listing and challenging a decision
Report a listing or potentially illegal content to support@eternalmemories.online with the exact page address, reasons, available evidence and your contact details; confirm that the information is supplied in good faith. We assess notices and may request clarification, restrict or remove noncompliant content. We communicate reasons for decisions to affected persons as required by law. Businesses may request reconsideration at the same address without losing statutory remedies.
Public and private information
VIV CRYSTAL SRL operates this directory as part of Eternal Memories. We process the requested listing to provide the free directory service and use verification and security records to prevent abuse. Approved business names, countries, cities, websites, descriptions, logos and voluntarily supplied public addresses and telephone numbers are public. Professional email, contact person, ownership, verification tokens, submissions and internal review records remain private to the owner and authorised administrators. Emails from support@eternalmemories.online through Namecheap Private Email are transactional; registration does not subscribe you to marketing. Supabase stores directory records and private logos, and Railway hosts the service, as explained in the main privacy policy. Verification links expire after 24 hours. Hidden, rejected or deleted records enter retention review after 90 days; access and review records normally remain for 180 days where necessary, with longer retention only for legal obligations or disputes. Permanent erasure is reviewed separately; this service does not automatically purge records. Contact support@eternalmemories.online for access, correction, deletion and other applicable data rights.
